Ruigor bags purchased on this site ship worldwide for free and can be returned within 30 days if in a brand new condition.

Note: Orders placed on Monday to Thursday will be shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Returns policy

What is Ruigor's return policy? How long do I have to return my purchase?

At Ruigor we’re confident about the quality of our products and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product bought at swissruigor.com, you can return your order within 30 days from the day you receive your long-awaited bag.

All returned items should be in a brand new, unused and undamaged condition. Ruigor has the right to refuse refunds for goods that are used, damaged or not in brand new condition.

Please note that items purchased from a third-party supplier will be subject to their return policy and should be returned to the supplier’s address.

How do I apply for a return?

In order to process your return, we kindly ask that you fill out our return form.

What is the shipping policy on items I'm returning?

Every customer can return their order(s) as long as the goods are brand new, unused and in undamaged condition. To process the return, please first complete the return form as our shipping process varies between regions. Once the return has been received according to our terms, Ruigor will initiate the refund of the customer’s purchase. The refund will be processed through the same payment method which was used to pay the order. Please note, Ruigor does not cover shipping costs for returns.

I’ve received the wrong item, what should I do?

We’re sorry if you’ve received the wrong item. Please complete our return form and we’ll ensure that the correct item is sent to you as soon as possible.

How long will it take before I receive my refund?

Once the return form has been submitted online and the product has been sent back, we will confirm receipt of your order and review your case. If a return is granted we aim to return the money to your account within 5-10 working days.
